Adjusting to Waco

Well, I guess this is just the beginning of a new way of life for me and my family. We are adjusting well to our new home in Waco. all the boxes are unpacked and the pictures are hung and things are starting to feel like home. All our home school stuff is ready and waiting, and I am looking forward the next year and a half.

For those of you who don't know... We have moved to Waco for a 11 month discipleship training school, that will be followed by a 6 month church planting school. With the end goal to be used in Uganda, Africa or where ever God puts us.

I am truly looking forward to the journey that lies ahead of us. My prayer is that I will be a different person at the end of our training. I believe that this the time of growth that I have been longing for, for the last few years.

I have never seen a church like Antioch Community Church. I am amazed and blessed to be part of such a kingdom minded body. Every Sunday they are welcoming home or sending off teams and families to and from the mission field. One day my family will be one of those that are being sent off.

As our journey progresses, my hope is to let you have a small glimpse into our lives as we learn and grow in so, many different areas. I hope and pray that you are touched and blessed by watching God work in our lives.
